Shipping Policy

We currently process and deliver orders within Kenya. Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, our team will prepare your item for delivery.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

During busy periods, product drops, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. If there is any delay, we will contact you using the details provided during checkout.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Nairobi and nearby areas: 1-3 business days
  • Other towns within Kenya: 2-5 business days
  • Remote areas: Delivery time may vary depending on courier availability

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, courier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location and may be shown during checkout or confirmed before dispatch.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery details. Clone Shop is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect phone numbers, addresses, or unavailable recipients.

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information or delivery updates will be shared through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or phone call.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only under the conditions listed below.

Eligible Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item has a clear manufacturing defect
  • The size delivered is different from what you ordered

Return requests must be made within 48 hours after receiving your order.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Items that have been worn, washed, stained, altered, or used
  • Items returned without original packaging where applicable
  • Sale, clearance, or custom-made items unless defective
  • Returns requested after the allowed return period

Exchange Policy

If your return is approved, we may offer an exchange depending on stock availability.

If the replacement item is not available, we may offer store credit or another suitable solution.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued where an exchange or replacement is not possible and the return has been approved.

Approved refunds may take 3-7 business days to process, depending on the payment method used.

Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Clone Shop.
